Police are desperately searching for a young Newcastle girl, who’s been reported missing.
11-year-old Carly Gibson was last seen at a house on Joslin Street, Kotara at about 8pm on December 29th, 2018.
An investigation was launched after she failed to return home and officers say they hold serious concerns for her welfare because of her young age.
They believe she may be in the Newcastle, Edgeworth or Lake Macquarie areas.
Carly is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 145cm-150cm tall with a medium build, blonde hair and blue-grey eyes.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is being urged to come forward.
