Police are investigating an armed robbery at a Windale service station this morning.
It’s believed two men targeted a service station on Lake Street around 3:15am where they smashed the glass on the locked front doors with an axe.
The 22-year-old attendant locked himself in a store room while the men broke in.
The alleged offenders stole the till, cigarettes and food before fleeing the scene.
