Police are on the hunt for a man after an armed robbery at a Merewether service station early this morning.
Just after 7:30am, a man allegedly stormed the Patrick Street store and threatened staff with a knife.
He managed to get his hands on some cash and cigarettes before fleeing the scene.
Thankfully, no one was injured.
Officers are now looking for a man who’s described as Caucasian, about 180cm tall who was last seen wearing a grey-hooded jumper and dark coloured pants.
