Investigations are underway following a fire at a townhouse development at Jesmond this morning.
Emergency services were called to the scene just before 2am, where three small fires were found in separate locations on the Goodwin Street construction site.
Fire crews managed to extinguish the blaze fairly quickly and thankfully only minor damage was recorded.
Police are now investigating the incident.
