Mental health Month Theme is Anxiety – Tuesday 10th October 2023 – 10am to 2pm
In collaboration with Uniting HASI Maitland and the Mental Health Month Committee we would like to introduce you to a social day to bring the community together for Mental Health Month.
Mental Health Month encourages all of us to think about our mental health and wellbeing, regardless of whether we may have a lived experience of mental illness or we are supporting someone. Anxiety can affect anyone in the community. Excessive anxiety can create a level of stress and hopelessness that affects our overall mental health and wellbeing
We have the chance by supporting this event to positively impact the local community and remove the stigma of mental illness.
We invite you to attend this event with stall holders and services discussing Mental Health, also Face Painting and Entertainers on the day
