For the eleventh successive year, Painters Ink group will be exhibiting at Back To Back Galleries. Official opening Friday 18th August at 6 pm with the artists Jill Campbell, Jackie Maundrell- Hall, Clare Felton, Cath McCarthy, Sharon Taylor, Stephanie Berick, Judith Hill and Sandra Burgess

The group, comprising six artists and two ceramicists, exhibits annually in Newcastle.
The exhibition, Form and Colour will highlight the natural environmental world that resonates with each artist ranging from seascapes to ferny gullies, peaceful soft skies, and landscapes, contrasting robust abstracted impressions of streams and hills.

Sitting alongside paintings of soaring tall gums will be bold prints of leaves and seeds, wheel thrown vessels decorated in white slip with abstract forms based on plants, hand-built ceramics with textures borrowed from native plants and a return of large spherical forms inspired by geological formations.
