Police are appealing for information after two children were approached at Hamilton North yesterday afternoon.
It’s believed the girls, aged 15 and 12, were walking along Clyde Street near Girling Street around 12:40pm, when a male passenger of a white sedan beckoned them into the car.
The girls ran away and reported the incident to police.
The man is described as being in his early 40s with short brown hair, a dark complexion, a solid build and facial hair.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue shirt with red, yellow and black spotted colours.
The car is said to have had black and white number plates.
