Another Hunter resident has claimed some major winnings in the Lotto over the weekend.
The Maitland grandmother took out the Division One entry prize on Saturday and is now a whopping $2 million richer.
She purchased her winning ticket from the newsXpress newsagency on Lawes Street, East Maitland.
Even though she double-checked her ticket, the woman admits she still can’t believe her luck.
She says she’s only planning to keep a small amount for herself, and will share the rest with her children and grandchildren.
